S.E. Civil Engineering was founded in 1999 to provide quality civil engineering services to Alabama, Florida, Georgia, and Mississippi. S.E. Civil is a product of fifty years of civil engineering education, design and construction experience. S.E. Civil was created to provide civil engineering services to the development community while making client services a priority.
