Performing Arts Pavilion

Client: Faulkner State Community College, Satellite Campus
Location: Fairhope, Alabama
Role: Civil Engineer

This project consists of a performing arts pavilion situated in downtown Fairhope at the Faulkner State Community College Campus.  The project consists of the pavilion, storage areas, restrooms for the performers and a separate public restroom, and iron fencing.  The venue hosts plays, musical performances, and community events such as the Alabama Coastal Birdfest.

The civil engineering design for this project included grading, drainage, site layout for sidewalks and delivery trucks, utility design, and planning for construction/pedestrian traffic circulation.
