This building houses the Gulf Coast Regional Chapter Headquarters of the American Red Cross. The building contains the Emergency Operations Center, educational classrooms, disaster storage warehouse, and offices. This building replaced the older downtown building.

The client required a variety of parking space sizes for the different uses of the building. In addition to standard parking spaces, they required media van spaces, disaster response vehicle spaces, and tractor trailer spaces.
