Kohl's Fort Walton Beach

This Kohl's Department Store was part of an effort to re-vitalize and expand an
existing shopping center. In the design stage we determined that with a few
minor changes to the site plan, we could save several large diameter specimen
trees. This project is a LEED Certified Project.  To obtain this certification, one of the design points was to capture and treat the 25 year storm event. We went
above this standard and captured the 100 year storm event. We also designed
the system to re-charge the groundwater by infiltrating all stormwater.
